Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Amman

Arrive in Jordan’s capital and check into a modern hotel in the city center.

Enjoy a Levantine dinner at a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views.

Day 2 – Petra: A Walk Through Time

Travel along the King’s Highway to Petra.

Enter through the narrow Siq canyon and emerge at the majestic Treasury.

Spend the day exploring ancient tombs, caves, and temples.

Evening at leisure near the Petra gate.

Day 3 – Desert Wilderness of Wadi Rum

Drive to Wadi Rum and hop aboard a 4x4 jeep for a tour of the mars-like desert.

Watch the sunset over towering sandstone cliffs.

Dinner and overnight at a luxury Bedouin camp under the Milky Way.

Day 4 – The Dead Sea

After breakfast, drive north to the Dead Sea.

Spend the day floating on mineral-rich waters and covering yourself in healing mud.

Watch the sunset over Israel from your resort infinity pool.

Day 5 – Departure

After breakfast, drive back to Amman for departure.

Optional stop at the Mosaic city of Madaba or Mount Nebo en route.

Important Information

  • Indian travelers must apply for a Jordan Pass (includes visa and entry to 40+ sites including Petra).
  • Jordan is a desert country — hydrate well and carry sun protection, even in spring/autumn.
  • Petra and Wadi Rum involve moderate to high walking or hiking — suitable shoes and light layers are essential.
  • Alcohol is available but limited to certain hotels/restaurants; respect local customs, especially in rural or Bedouin areas.
  • Currency is JOD (Jordanian Dinar) — more valuable than USD. Credit cards work, but some desert camps may accept only cash.
  • Dress modestly in religious or rural areas — headscarves are not required for women, but covered shoulders are recommended.
  • The itinerary includes long drives (3–4 hours), but scenic breaks and refreshments are provided.
