Itinerary
• Arrive in Chile’s capital and check into your boutique hotel in the vibrant Lastarria district.
• Explore the artsy lanes, enjoy a welcome dinner with local wine.
• Morning flight to Calama and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama, a town in the driest place on Earth.
• Explore Moon Valley by evening — a surreal Martian landscape of red rocks and salt caves.
• Depart early to visit El Tatio Geysers, where boiling steam columns rise against the sunrise.
• Return to town and unwind, then prepare for a guided stargazing session under Atacama’s famously clear skies.
• Catch a morning flight to Punta Arenas and transfer to Torres del Paine National Park.
• Settle into a scenic lodge overlooking Lake Pehoé, surrounded by guanacos and snow-tipped peaks.
• Early breakfast before a full-day hike to the base of the granite spires known as the “Torres.”
• Expect crystal lakes, rugged terrain, and alpine magic.
• Take a scenic boat ride on Lake Grey to witness colossal glaciers and floating blue icebergs.
• Evening bonfire dinner with Patagonian lamb and local stories.

Important Information
- Visa Requirements: Indian passport holders must apply for a Chilean visa in advance. Processing times can vary, so apply at least 3–4 weeks prior to travel.
- Domestic Flights: Two internal flights are included (Santiago → Calama, and Punta Arenas → Santiago). Baggage allowance may be lower than international norms.
- Weather & Clothing: Chile spans multiple climates — pack layers. Atacama is hot during the day, cold at night; Patagonia can be windy and chilly year-round.
- Altitude Note: Atacama sits at ~2,400m; mild altitude symptoms are possible. Hydration and rest on arrival day are advised.
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi is widely available in hotels, but Patagonia lodges may have limited or no internet in some areas — perfect for a digital detox.
- Currency: The local currency is the Chilean Peso (CLP). Credit cards are widely accepted, but carry some cash for remote areas.
- Language: Spanish is the official language. English is spoken in major tourist areas; guides and transfers arranged are English-speaking.
- Health & Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover high-altitude and adventure activities like glacier boat rides.
- Cuisine Note: Please inform us in advance about dietary restrictions — Chilean cuisine is rich in seafood, meats, and native produce.
